Bruno Pierrain, who has a very good knowledge of the luxury market (Cosmetic and Spirits), takes over the glass décor company "PRAD" with the stated desire to develop the business in its reference markets.

PRAD specializes in decorating products for the luxury market and in particular cosmetics: glass or metal bottles, plastic cutters, bottled bottles, cups, tableware, writing instruments or jewelry. 
To complete these items, PRAD masters many technologies: vacuum metallization, laxity, varnishing or UV or PU gunning, screen printing, relief screen printing, tampography, hot marking, laser finish and METALIGHT technology®.

Bruno Pierrain says "I was seduced by the company and we quickly agreed with Marie Line and Eric Béranger on the terms of this transmission that will ensure the development of PRAD through new industrial projects."

Eric and Marie Line Béranger, the historical shareholders, remain in support to support the company's development on the technical and commercial aspects. In this operation the sellers were advised by Dominique Dumas (Dumas Structure, Attorneys at law) for the legal part. The purchaser was advised by Pierre-Vincent Debatte (ECEP).
