ESTABLISHING A CONTRACT WITH A PRIVATE HEALTH FACILITY REQUIRING THE TREATMENT OF SENSITIVE MEDICAL DATA

First Semester 2020

For one of our clients specializing in consulting and data management, we drafted a contract with a Private Health Establishment requiring the treatment of sensitive medical data.

In particular, we have integrated the contractual provisions necessary to ensure the irreversible anonymization of all personal data, as defined by the Act No.78-17 6 January 6, 1978, governing Data Processing, Files and Freedoms (the so called "Computer and Freedoms Act" or "Loi Informatique et Liberté") as amended, and by the European Regulations No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data ("GDPR"), which could appear in the Database, so as to make impossible to identify individuals, by any means whatsoever, directly or indirectly.
